MSU here we come

It's been a little while since I posted anything. It's been a crazy week. Last weekend Tim and I attended an orientation weekend at MSU for MBA admitted students. We had a nice dinner Friday night, stayed at the Marriott on the seventh floor and had a sweet view from the balcony, and had an all day event on Saturday. While we were attending this John and Reva were nice enough to watch Xavier. Xavier had a blast playing with his cousins all weekend.

The program seems like it will be great. And we have some great news due to attending this weekends event. Originally Tim was offered a small scholarship. After attending the orientation weekend the admissions director offered Tim a Graduate Assistantship that will cover a big portion of his tuition, health insurance, and a monthly stipend. So we are thrilled and feel extremely blessed by this offer. So, it is now official- we will be moving back to East Lansing! :) We are super excited. We are going to EL this weekend to find an apartment and will most likely move at the end of May. Tim will still commute to Wixom for work until the term begins. We just wanted to make sure we were settled in plenty of time to get back into the EL life.

We are so excited to be close to our friends and family that live in the EL area. We are super sad to leave our friends in Bloomfield Hills. But the nice thing is that we won't be too far away.
