Mars Fall Fest: An Epic Year

I accidentally ripped Reid's Peter Pan costume down the front of his chest so we had to find a quick costume the day before Fall Fest.  Now Reid is Batman.  He cooperated long enough to get a picture with his mask on.  Phew!

We took Isabella with us because her big bro got sick and was sent home from school.  

So Christy had to stay home with him.

Tim's group did Harry Potter for their theme.  The boys couldn't wait to see it because we've read the first 3 Harry Potter books as a family this year.  So that is why this year was Epic.  The boys LOVED it!  Although Gavin doesn't look to happy in this picture.  It's because a zombie is standing behind me as I'm trying to take the picture. Gavin didn't want to go anywhere at first because the zombie terrified him.  Luckily a little later the zombie told him that Ninja Turtles scare him.  Gavin felt much more calm after he heard that.

There was a circus tent.  These clowns were hilarious.

Gavin's old teacher Margie's daughter is in this picture.  She was giving Gavin his fortune which was "I see a lot of M&M's in your future".

Tim helped make the Hogwarts Express train.  It turned out pretty cool.

This picture doesn't do it justice, but they had floating candles all over in the room.  It was awesome!

There was a Mario Brothers group which the boys loved.

They even got to race each other.

Minecraft.  It was definitely a popular spot for kids.  

There was a Hollywood Stars one.  We are walking on the red carpet.  Inside the room was like a theater complete with popcorn and a movie playing.

Another Epic moment was when two great 80's movies meet.  ET and Ghostbusters!  Gotta love it.

The Island of Misfit toys was a pretty clever one.  

The day was wonderful.  It's pretty cool that daddy works at a place that makes this event fabulous for all the kids and families.
