The one thing I love about summer is being able to spend so much time with our friends. When school is in session and everyone is involved in after school activities, play dates are few and far between. While summer was here we took advantage of as many outings with friends as possible. We visited the zoo with our besties Baxter, Penelope, and Lindsay.
These three boys were pretty much running through the zoo from one exhibit to another. They were hilarious to watch. Poor Penelope kept getting frustrated that they weren't slowing down to enjoy each exhibit a little bit longer. She soon realized that hanging with the mommies was the place to be.
The only time the boys slowed down was when they spotted the sand box/ dino dig.

We were lucky to have gone the day we did, because it wasn't humid or super hot. All the animals were out and active so we were able to see a lot of activity on our visit.

No matter how much time we spend with these guys it's never long enough! We had a blast!
