Xavier's baseball team and their families all went to an Iron Pigs game together. This is a fun tradition for our family to see some live baseball games in the Spring time.
Look who is ready to catch some fly balls or some home runs. I love seeing these boys faces light up at the sights and sounds at a real live baseball game. They cheer, they clap, they get up and dance, and they laugh with their friends. Nothing makes a mom happier than to see the joy on her kids faces.
Take me out to the ball game, take me out to the crowd. Buy me some peanuts or cracker jacks, I don't care if I ever get back. For its root root root for the Iron Pigs! If they don't win it's a shame....For it's one, two, three strikes your out at the old ball game.
Instead of peanuts our little peanut opted for some pretzels.
Xavier's team got to go on the field before the game started. What a cool experience! They loved it. They got up close and personal with some of the players and the mascot.
Even big Tim got to go out on the field as one of the coaches or just a bigger kid. You decide.
